I chose Novotel for its location near the landmarks I wanted to visit, but the helpful staff at housekeeping, reception, and laundry pleasantly surprised me. The vibrant flavors of the Middle East at Arabian Culinary Nights were delightful, and the all-day dining experience was perfect for any cuisine.
Seemed quite short staffed at breakfast time.

novotel in Abu Dhabi is probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. we had a great 6-night stay, feeling at home with excellent service, facilities, and staff. the rooms were clean and comfortable with a lovely pool and bar. the breakfast spread was terrific with a variety of good food, and the fitness club and spa area were well-equipped and free of charge.

The spacious room was very clean and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The convenient location near the downtown area was perfect for us. However, we were disappointed by the limited breakfast variety. I highly recommend this hotel.

The whole hotel had a nice, modern decor, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was really nice too. The staff were quick to help with anything, and the room service was prompt, tasty, and reasonably priced. The pool area was stunning, and we made sure to make use of it during our stay. The taxi services lined up outside were really handy and cheap. we had a nice, relaxing vibe throughout our stay.
The hotel had not provided us with a baby cot despite our request, which was a bit disappointing.

the hotel is super clean, and the location is perfect – just a quick taxi ride to the corniche. the staff is friendly and breakfast is top-notch. a special shoutout to Mr Hicham B at the front desk – his service was A++!

Great room size, comfy bed, excellent water pressure, attentive personnel, fantastic massage service, peaceful location.
Felt so taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
